After an astronomical debut year, Chicago's Spring Awakening is back with an even more impressive lineup. Headliners for each night include Bassnectar, Calvin Harris, and Moby. Spring Awakening 2013 also features world-renowned artists such as Nervo, Nicky Romero, Zedd, Porter Robinson, Tommy Trash, Wolfgang Gartner, and Chicago’s own recent breakthrough artists, Krewella.

Spring Awakening is first all-electronic dance music in Chicago. React Presents, which hosts Spring Awakening, has played a large role in the growth and expansion of dance music in the Midwest. React has hosted some of the biggest dance music events in Chicago, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Detroit. In addition, they have hosted large-scale music festivals around the Midwest such as Spring Awakening, North Coast (also iin Chicago) and Summer Set in Wisconsin.
It’s safe to say React has the Midwest electronic scene under control. With Spring Awakening 2 approaching, electronic fans are getting back into the groove of “festi season” and are being awakened from their precious sleep.
